Step one : Weight loss

Y start with this??
  1. Being fit makes me in a better mood, happier.... and don't we all seek happiness!!
  2. I gained 15 kilos in the last year
  3. I REALLY REALLY REALLY wanna look good at our wedding

I've been going to a nutritionist for the last 2 months. the first week i lost around 2 kilos and ever since the only change in the scale was up.. i gained weight again....
so this week I'm writing a food diary. i know wt i do wrong!! i have morning, afternoon and night biscuits. soo i guess i need to google low fat biscuits seeing that i cant quit eating them.... i will update you on that as soon as i do something about ...
